Day 83 – I Forgot Tina
Drat! I forgot to send my cheery pep talk to Tina. She is apparently out-of-the-loop; or worse still not reading the case-file notes again. As she is busy sending me a reply to our status request from two days ago.
So what does our little Tina have to say…

We have received your response and you have not yet lost the chargeback.
We have attempted to dispute this charge on your behalf. We must allow the buyer’s credit card company 75-80 days to respond from April 15, 2010.
We will notify you once a response is received.
