Day 83 – Happy Anniversary
With all the mistakes the reps at the PayPal Chargeback Division have been making along with all the exhausting efforts that the reps have been making having to dodge straightforward questions; craft obtuse political replies; and squirming at the own ineffectiveness; we know that the poor reps must be positively drained. So we send then a little pep talk.
Dear Matt, Terri, Jean, Deidre, Gloria, Alexis, et al.
Did you know that today is a special day for us? If you look at the affidavit that the Buyer supplied (you have read the affidavit that the Buyer supplied haven’t you?), you will see that it is now one hundred (100) days since the Buyer was re-billed by their credit card.
Yes that’s right it has so far taken you over one hundred days not to reconcile this transaction. You have had the buyers funds for 100 days and still have not credited our account. What will you be doing today? Will you be working towards resolving this? Or will this be just one more day for you?
Don’t let this anniversary just slip past you like so many have done. Seize the day. Put the Service back in Customer Service. Go on. You can do it. For you see, even after 100 days I have faith. Do you?
