Or. Why answer a question in one sentence when you can answer a totally different question in Seven sentences.

Dear Reader, you may remember for the last thrilling installment, that the question posed to PayPal was thus “which documentation are you acknowledging receipt of?”

This time its Deborah to the podium.

Dear Beleaguered PayPal Victim,

Thank you for contacting PayPal. We regret the delay in responding to your service request.

We have gone back to the bank to dispute the case again due to the buyer contacting our center stating that he would like to cancel. Since it is the bank that makes the decision, we have reopened the case with the updated information.

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We value what you have to say, and we know situations like this can be difficult. If you have more questions, visit our Help Center by clicking “Help” in the top right corner of any PayPal page.

Sincerely,
Deborah

Do you see the part that says, “Yes we got the document”, there’s some vague illusion to it at the end of her second paragraph, but given the fact that “Closed” means “Open” in PayPal vernacular, I think something more definitive would be absolutely super.
