When I started this Blog, one question I asked myself, is how would this site rise above the literally thousands of anti-PayPal sites out there. Of course PayPal does not make this process any easier, by providing such fodder. Lets look at yet another example, of PayPals incompetence shooting themselves in the foot.

Its May 9th, 64 days into the saga. I check the PayPal website for a status update, and guess what folks. The Case is still marked as closed. What confidence are we supposed to have, as PayPal business customers, that PayPal is diligently squirreling away on our behalf, when they cannot even mark an ‘Open’ case as “Open’.

Or is the case really ‘Closed’ and are the PayPal reps just pretending that they are doing something…


Dear Matt,

You state on 4/12/2010 that “you are issuing a second dispute to the credit card company”, and yet when I look at the case in the PayPal interface it shows as closed and has done since this date.

If you were really in the process of ” issuing a second dispute to the credit card company” would not the case be marked as OPEN?
